Consumer Finance Ltd - Offer mortgage products from the whole market. We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs.

Consumer Finance Ltd will act on your behalf in the arranging of any mortgage transaction. We do not act on behalf of any one particular mortgage company.

Some of the Lenders will pay Consumer Finance Ltd a fee in recognition of the work we do on their behalf. We will advise you in writing of all fees payable to the company by Mortgage Lenders.

We will treat all your personal information as private and confidential (even when you are no longer a customer) except where we are permitted by law or where disclosure is made at your request or with your request in writing in relation to arranging your mortgage. You will have a right to access under The Data Protection Act legislation to your personal records held on our office computer files.

Our aim is to provide you with a first class professional and confidential service. Should a complaint arise in the first instance you should contact us.

Consumer Finance Ltd will charge you a fee for arranging a mortgage transaction.

The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be £1,850 included in the mortgage advance and not payable until completion.

The appropriate mandate specifying the exact fee to be charged will be forwarded to you directly prior to submission of your mortgage application to the mortgage Lender.
